Laparoscopic pyeloplasty has gained widespread acceptance as a minimally invasive surgical approach for ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction. Concerns about renal function deterioration after surgery have been raised. We investigated the long-term effect of laparoscopic pyeloplasty on renal function in a large cohort of patients. All patients undergoing laparoscopic pyeloplasty for symptomatic primary UPJ obstruction between March 2002 and April 2012 were included in a retrospective case series. Data were collected on preoperative and postoperative renal function (serum creatinine and creatinine clearance) and operative time. Renal function after surgery was compared with the preoperative values using paired Student’s t test. The study cohort included 105 patients (73 male and 32 female patients). Mean age was 48 years (range 14-71 years). Mean operative time was 176.3 minutes (range 125-270 minutes). There was no perioperative mortality. Mean followup was 30.6 months (range 12-80 months). Open the.cad file, right click and select place. Once you select the file, you are asked to confirm the file path.
In my case I had downloaded Autocad from microsoft.com to my desktop. The cad file was named ‘Autocad.cad’. The path in the prompt was: C:\Users\\Desktop\Autocad.cad
After I pressed ok, I was presented with a dialog asking for a ‘key’ to use with Autocad. Clicked ok.
Now I was presented with a new prompt. If you look closely, it says that the path is ‘C:\Users\[username]\Desktop\Autocad.cad’. Make sure you have the full path in the first prompt.
If you have the full path, click ok, you’ll be directed to Autocad.
The second prompt asks if you want to login. Click ok if you want to login.
Now if you open up a drawing and go to place, it should be there.

The incident happened around 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 at the home on Jackson Street near 207th Avenue in Rego Park, cops said.
The 42-year-old victim allegedly shot his wife in the leg before shooting the couple’s daughters, ages 9 and 7, in the shoulder, according to police.
After the shooting, the mother fled the scene and tried to take her daughters with her, but they were found by authorities and rushed to the hospital in stable condition, officials said.
The daughters were later released from the hospital, cops said.
After her arrest, a 30-year-old woman was charged with two counts of attempted murder and ordered held without bail at the Queens Criminal Court.
Prosecutors said that although the mother does have a history of mental illness, she had been stable for the past six years.

Autodesk PowerDesign Suite is an application for making basic 2D mechanical CAD designs.
Features
The software consists of three applications:
PowerDesign Lite provides a basic 2D CAD environment for drawing and annotating
PowerDesign 2D is a 2D CAD environment with a strong focus on annotations and 3D features
PowerDesign 3D is a 3D CAD environment with a strong focus on annotations and 3D features
Autodesk PowerDesign Suite was formerly available as a free trial with an option to purchase at $99. However, after Autodesk announced the sale of the entire AutoCAD product line to Corel, the free trial was discontinued, and a software migration path was provided to convert a PowerDesign user from Autodesk to Corel.

Click and follow the instructions until you get to the graphic you have to input in the order of the numbers on the left side.
Right click on the number 1 in the middle and press unlock.
Left click and add all of the numbers on the left side and replace the numbers that you see with the key that you entered in step 3.
You should see your initials on the right side.
Right click and “save password” to save it.
Click on “Autodesk Autocad C64” in your library.
Step 3 – Install Autodesk AutoCAD and Autodesk Architectural Desktop
Click on “Install”.
Accept the EULA and wait for the installation to finish.
To open the software click on “Run software”.
Right click on “Autodesk Autocad” and press “unlock”.
Click “Place” and drag “Autodesk AutoCAD” and drop it.
Click “Close”.
Click “Run software” and wait until it finishes.
Step 4 – Plug-In the C64
Right click on “Autodesk AutoCAD” and press “unlock”.
Click “Place” and drag “Autodesk AutoCAD” and drop it.
Click “Close”.
Click “Run software” and wait until it finishes.
Step 5 – Save the C64 as a Document
Press C64 and insert “AUTODESK AUTOCAD C64”
Press the “Select File” button.
Click “Save as” and press “OK”.
Save it anywhere you want.
Step 6 – Test the software
Right click on “Autodesk AutoCAD” and press “unlock”.
Click “Place” and drag “Autodesk AutoCAD” and drop it.
Click “Close”.
Click “Run software” and wait until it finishes.
Step 7 – Use the CAD Keys
Right click on “Autodesk AutoCAD” and press “unlock”.
Click “Place” and drag “Autodesk AutoCAD” and drop it.
Click “Close”.
Click “Run software” and wait until it finishes.
Step 8 – Click on “Online Help”
Click on “Help” and press “Online Help”.

Engineering:

Collision-free modeling is now available for creating 3D shapes in the Drafting & Annotation tab or with QuickTables.
The new Settings tab provides convenient access to general drawing options and the ability to make system and Windows settings immediately available in any drawing.
Improvements to the Add Tab options to customize the Drafting & Annotation tab, including the ability to expand the left or right hand toolbar, lock the drawing view, and easily switch between paper and layout views.
You can now start a new project without creating a document-level shortcut (DLS), which you can also set to automatically open when you click the project icon.
Simplify performance and access to help when you’re editing drawings that contain large or complex groups.
The Offset command now provides additional prompt options and better explains what it is doing before executing.
You can now modify all the AutoLISP settings from the Tools > Options… dialog.
Bypass dialogs in the Tools > Options… dialog are now grouped by category.
