LauchBox 7.15 – TDRE Setup Free
please note that tdre setups may cause instability in the network, and that when setting up tdre, a backup first is strongly recommended. make sure to back up your tdre configuration before running this setup script.
you can run this setup script from the lauchbox directory, or from a web browser. you can also use the --noscript option to load the setup without any javascript support (this is useful if you are on a mobile device for example).
./lauchbox.sh 7.15 --noscript
to load the script and continue with the setup. otherwise, if you run the script from a web browser, you will need to open a new tab or window, and use the location field to access the script:
the new lauchbox version is lauchbox 7.15 (tdre-setup-linux-generic-amd64-2017-11-12). this is a stable release based on a linux kernel 4.15.0 (build id 1c3f8a3). this version of lauchbox contains the following updates compared to lauchbox 7.14 (tdre-setup-linux-generic-amd64-2017-11-06):
- in the program settings, it was decided to use the default for the language, instead of creating a new folder for each language. this may be useful for people who prefer the default ui language.
- the config file format was improved so that the configuration can be written in a more readable format.
- support for multiple tp-link router models was added, a feature that has been requested for a long time by users.
- the program will now connect to a router when an invalid password is entered.
- adding a new tp-link router model is now handled in a more user-friendly way.
- a few minor bugs were fixed.
