A unique blend of a visual novel and an action RPG, this game combines the high-growth appeal of a visual novel with the thrilling action elements of a traditional RPG. The story unfolds across the Lands Between, and the game can be completed with or without others.
As you enter the world of Tarnished, the world of video games, characters such as the Honorable Corneal, the Barmaid, or the Giant Cricket begin to play out their destinies, and the game begins to make you feel like you are really there.
The characters are well-drawn and likable, the story is beautifully written, the voice actors are well-known in Japan, the soundtrack is excellent, and the gameplay is addictive. The only downside is that the in-game events don’t all go as planned, but the story progression is gripping. You can enjoy the game with a friend or alone.
If you are an action RPG fan, please consider trying this game out. It’s a unique blend of genre, and it’s both fun and rewarding.
