The LE456 VST plugin was developed to be a preamp sim roughly based on a famous German gear. It has 2 channels and 2 modes per channel. Each channels/modes share the same features. Apart from the usual tone controls (drive, low, mid, high and contour), each channels/modes offer two different tone stacks that can be accessed via the focus switches. Bottom and bright switches can be used to boost the low and the high frequencies respectively. On the low gain channel only (Clean/Crunch), the effectiveness of the bright switch decreases with the gain settings.

All the above results are similar when the in vivo and in vitro experiments are carried out at 20 degrees C. The results obtained suggest that in the rabbitfish, in vitro, at 0 degrees C, absorption of Na+ and H2O is promoted by hyperosmolarity, concentration of K+ at the brush border membrane, and cAMP. These activities are augmented when the temperature is increased from 0 degrees to 25 degrees C, thus suggesting the involvement of cholinergic mechanisms.
